Every piece of equipment is carefully selected by the KIN medical team and undergoes strict cleaning and sanitization prior to each delivery.
Is a security deposit required, and when will it be refunded?
A security deposit is required for all models at the specified rates. The deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the equipment in its original, undamaged condition. The refund process takes up to 7 business days following the return of the item.
Is home delivery available? Are there any additional fees?
Yes, KIN provides professional home delivery and installation services across Bangkok and its metropolitan areas, complete with a functional demonstration. Delivery fees depend on the distance and the type of equipment. For exact details, please contact KIN HomeCare at 061-881-9399.
What is the minimum rental period? Can the contract be extended?
The minimum rental period is 1 month, though daily rental packages are available for select models. Contracts can be seamlessly renewed without moving the equipment by notifying us 7 days prior to expiration. Clients can also swap or upgrade models according to the evolving needs of the patient.
