KIN Rehabilitation accepts international patients for inpatient stroke rehabilitation in Bangkok. The Stroke Recovery Package is 71,000 THB for 30 days, and a one-week trial stay is 19,999 THB. English-speaking support is available with an interpreter, charged as a separate language-service fee. Every patient is assessed by our team before admission. What stroke rehabilitation promotions does KIN currently offer?

The main promotion is the 1-week rehabilitation trial at 19,999 THB. If you are not ready to stay overnight, there are first-visit prices to try first: hydrotherapy first session 1,500 THB; aquatic treadmill first session 1,000 THB (1,500 THB with a physical therapist supervising); TMS 5-session package 15,000 THB; multidisciplinary rehabilitation Day Care 3,000 THB per day; and a first home physical therapy visit at 1,500 THB, until 31 Dec 2026.

What is included and not included in the 1-week rehabilitation trial at 19,999 THB?

It includes a room, meals, cleaning, bathing, 24-hour nursing care, and physical therapy once a day for one hour per session, supervised by a rehabilitation medicine physician, a stroke physician and a geriatric internal medicine physician. TMS and HBOT are not included; the physician decides whether to add them case by case.

Why should stroke patients not choose the 7-day trial stay from the elderly care side?

The trial stay on the elderly care side is a room with a caregiver, meals, 24-hour nursing and a basic exercise program, but without physical therapy. A stroke patient would miss physical therapy during the period when the brain responds best to training, so the team recommends the 1-week rehabilitation trial, which includes physical therapy every day, instead.

After the first week, what long-term options are there?

If you are still within the first 3–6 months and want full rehabilitation, there is the Stroke Recovery Package at 71,000 THB per month (TMS not included). If you are past the first 3–6 months and focus on maintaining ability, there is the long-term monthly stroke rehabilitation package at 35,000 THB per month, a basic rehabilitation program with physical therapy. Those who have gone home can continue with Day Care or home physical therapy.

Can the promotions be used at every branch?

All 6 branches share the same rehabilitation programs and team standards. The difference is in the specific equipment: the warm hydrotherapy pool is at Sukhumvit 107, the aquatic treadmill is at Ladprao 71, and TMS is available at Ladprao 71 and Sukhumvit 107. The team will recommend the branch that suits the equipment the physician says you should use.

It has been more than 6 months since the stroke. Is it still worth joining a promotion?

You can still train even after the first 3–6 months. Change will be slower, and the goal shifts to maintaining ability and adding daily activities you can do yourself, one at a time. The team will first assess whether to start with the 1-week trial, a long-term package, Day Care or home physical therapy.
