3. How to verify a licence yourself
Note the licence number
Elderly-care licences start with "สส"; medical-facility licences are 11-digit numbers.
Elderly-care establishments: ESTA registry
Scan the QR code on the licence or use the Verify button. esta.hss.moph.go.th shows the establishment name, address, status, licence date and the registered operator and caregivers.
Clinics and hospitals: medical-facility registry
Search hosp.hss.moph.go.th by facility name (e.g. "คินเวลเนสสหคลินิก") to see the licence number, operator, address and expiry.
Compare four fields
Name, address, licence number and expiry must match the licence, the registry and the sign at the premises.
If anything differs
Call the HSS hotline 1426 or KIN on +66 2 096 4996 to see the original licence.
Licensees: T3 Stroke Nursing Home Co., Ltd. (Lat Phrao 71, polyclinic) and Kin Origin Healthcare Co., Ltd. (Ratchaphruek, Pattaya) — both legal entities of the same KIN Rehabilitation & Homecare group. "Kin Origin" on a licence or Google Maps listing is therefore a registered name within the KIN group, not a separate business.
