Elderly & Bedbound Care, Salaya — Nakhon Pathom
From general elderly care through to bedbound residents who need registered nursing. Physicians, nurses on duty 24 hours, daily rehabilitation and weekly progress reports to the family — directly on Salaya Road.
We Know How Tired the Family Is
Families usually reach us at the point where caring at home has stopped being sustainable.
Work, other children and your own health all compete. A single night without supervision is enough for a fall or a choking episode to happen.
Tube feeding, suctioning, tracheostomy care and pressure sore prevention need registered nurses, not willingness alone.
The fear is placing a parent somewhere and losing sight of how they are. We report progress weekly, with photos and video, and you may visit any day.
From General Care Through to Bedbound Nursing
Every case is assessed before admission and an individual care plan is prepared.
Room, three meals a day prepared around existing conditions, daily activities, physiotherapy, medication management, escort to medical appointments and regular reports to the family.
Tube feeding, suctioning, tracheostomy and catheter care, scheduled repositioning to prevent pressure sores, and wound care by registered nurses and trained assistants.
Daily physiotherapy, training to sit, stand and walk again, swallowing therapy, and PMS muscle stimulation. The goal is returning to independence, not simply being looked after.
Cognitive and memory activities, close supervision for safety, and a Universal Design environment that reduces the risk of falls.
When the family must travel or simply needs a break, stays are available from 7 days, 15 days, or by the month.
A nutritionist plans meals around diabetes, hypertension and kidney disease, with a geriatric physician monitoring and coordinating with hospitals when needed.
A Complete Professional Team — In One Place
Physicians, nurses 24 hours, daily rehabilitation and a building designed for safety.
A resident geriatric physician working with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and nutritionists, all under registered nurse supervision 24 hours — not general caregivers alone.
Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and cognitive activities, programmed individually every day. The goal is getting stronger, not declining quietly.
Families receive photos, video and written updates regularly, may visit any day and can video call. No one is left wondering.
Serving the Phutthamonthon, Nakhon Pathom and Om Noi area, close to the expressway with generous parking, in a Universal Design Gold 2568 standard building.

Care Home, Elderly Centre or Stroke Rehabilitation & Elderly Care in Salaya — Which Suits Your Family
These terms are often used interchangeably, yet the services differ considerably. Choosing the wrong category means paying for something that does not meet what your relative actually needs.
Focuses on accommodation and meals, suitable for older adults who are still largely independent. There is no permanent nursing team and bedbound residents usually cannot be accepted.
For older adults becoming less able to manage alone, with registered nurses handling medication, wounds and vital signs. This is the level KIN Salaya provides.
Flexible and keeps your relative at home, but when a complication arises at night the family must handle it alone, and cover is hard to arrange when the caregiver takes leave.
If your relative still walks unaided and is mainly lonely, a care home may be enough. If they fall often, struggle to swallow or live with several conditions, choose somewhere with permanent nursing.
