Home Care Rates — Caregiver or Home Nurse, Which One Do You Need
KIN HomeCare sends both trained caregivers (NA) and registered nurses to your home. Choose by the actual condition, so you do not pay nursing rates when nursing care is not yet needed. Every case is assessed free of charge before we quote.
For older people who manage partly on their own but need help bathing, eating, walking and staying safe from falls. 12-hour shift 1,800 baht per day, 24-hour live-in 2,500 baht per day.
For bedridden patients, tube feeding, suctioning, wound care, injections, or anyone just discharged from hospital who needs a licensed professional. From 1,800 baht per 12-hour shift, live-in from 30,000 baht per month.
A 12-hour day shift suits homes where someone is present at night and costs less. Live-in 24-hour care suits patients who need turning, medication or monitoring overnight. You can switch as the condition improves.

- A licensed physiotherapist or caregiver who speaks English directly with the patient, with no third-party translation in between
- A bilingual care coordinator for scheduling, questions and follow-up in English
- An English progress report after every physiotherapy visit, and weekly for caregiver placements, so family abroad can follow the recovery
- Travel within Bangkok and the surrounding provinces, plus staff meals and transport
Why this rate differs from the standard package
- Home rehabilitation depends on direct communication with the patient and family: how to train, what to avoid, and when to stop. A misunderstanding here is a safety risk, not just an inconvenience.
- Staff who speak English well enough for clinical work are a smaller group and command a higher professional fee, which this package covers.
- The package includes a bilingual coordinator and English reporting, which the standard package does not provide.
International Care has no first-session trial rate and no 20 or 30-session packages. Nursing procedure visits, equipment rental, hospital escort and residential rehabilitation are charged at standard rates in every package. Daily, monthly and day-shift nursing at home — rates and how to hire
Hiring a nurse or caregiver through KIN HomeCare starts at THB 1,800 per 12-hour shift for daily care, and from THB 30,000 per month for live-in care. Every case is assessed first, then we quote the real price. Assessment is free.
Daily nurse / hospital sitter — for the period right after hospital discharge: wound care, tube feeding, suctioning, or bedside watch at the hospital. Charged per 12-hour shift, from THB 1,800 per shift.
Day-shift caregiver — arrives in the morning and leaves in the evening. Suited to families who are home at night but have no one during the day.
Monthly live-in caregiver — THB 30,000 per month for people who need someone present around the clock.
How to choose a caregiver you can trust: every caregiver is trained and background-checked, a registered nurse assesses the case and writes the care plan, you may request a different caregiver at any time, and we provide cover when your caregiver is on leave.
