KIN - Rehabilitation & Homecare welcomed participants from the Senior Executive Security Management Program (SML), Class 4. Mr. Thongchai Chokthanomsap, Chairman of KIN - Rehabilitation & Homecare, gave a lecture on older adults, basic elderly care and KIN services and shared his experience in operating an elderly-care business efficiently in accordance with international standards. The session was presented to participants from the Senior Executive Security Management Program (SML), Class 4.
The group also visited the elderly care center the stroke rehabilitation center the physical therapy clinic at KIN and Eastville Borirak School.
Thailand currently has a growing older population, and over the next 10-20 years the country will become a fully aged society. Preparing for this change is therefore essential. Family members should have basic knowledge of caring for older adults and bedridden patients
so they can care for their loved ones.

As people enter older age, they should prepare themselves to accept and adapt happily to changing circumstances, society and the environment by following the “4 Smart” principles for healthy aging:
1) Smart Walk: exercise regularly
2) Smart Brain: care for and exercise cognitive skills to help prevent dementia
3) Smart Sleep & Emotional: get enough sleep
4) Smart Eat: follow balanced nutrition, eat all five food groups and reduce sugar, fat and salt
