KIN Prepares to Open a New Branch
“KIN Nursing Home Salaya”
An Elderly Care Centre Designed for Quality Living
Opening on 1 June 2026 • Focused on safety, warmth, and a community where no one has to feel lonely
As Thai society enters a “fully aged society,” the word care no longer means only physical assistance. It means supporting every dimension of life, from safety and peace of mind to a warm social environment each day.
KIN Nursing Home Salaya was designed as a “living space” where older adults can live peacefully, feel valued, and avoid isolation, supported by a professional care system in a home-like atmosphere.
3 Things Families Will Notice Immediately When an Older Adult Moves to KIN Salaya
Spaces designed for older adults, together with a care team that observes changes and provides assistance when needed.
Pressure-free group activities provide opportunities to talk, laugh, and feel part of a community.
Therapeutic activities help older adults feel proud and continue to have small goals each day.
KIN Salaya: An Elderly Care Centre Focused on “Living,” Not Treatment
KIN Salaya is an elderly care centre / residential home for older adults focused on daily living support (Long-term Care). It is not a hospital and not an intensive medical rehabilitation centre.
We prioritise “well-being,” including eating, sleeping, safety, peace of mind, and a warm social environment, so older adults can live peacefully, with dignity and purpose.
- Older adults who feel lonely at home, rarely have someone to talk to, and want a warm social environment
- Older adults who need help with activities of daily living and safety supervision
- Families working full-time who need a reliable care system
Attentive and Systematic Daily-Living Support
Elderly care begins with the “small details” repeated every day, from hygiene, meals, rest, and walking around the residence to observing changes in mood and behaviour.
- Safety at all times, including reducing the risk of falls and accidents
- A suitable daily routine without rushing or pressure
- Nutrition suited to age and health conditions
- Ongoing observation of general changes and communication with the family
To help older adults “live comfortably in a real and sustainable way” over the long term—eating well, sleeping well, moving as much as they can, and having someone beside them on days when their body is not ready.
(Simply put, it is not only about having someone to provide care but about having a care system in place.)
Therapeutic Activities That Add Meaning to Each Day
Although KIN Salaya is not a medical rehabilitation centre, we believe that appropriate activities are important tools for maintaining ability and quality of life because “being able to do something independently” is a powerful source of encouragement for older adults.
- Hand-use and hand–eye coordination activities
- Art, crafts, and gentle music
- Memory, concentration, and awareness activities
- Safe movement activities suited to each person’s physical condition
Reduced inactivity, an appropriate increase in energy, and something for older adults to “look forward to” each day. Some residents look forward to activities more than lottery results… our team can confirm this
