The patient was involved in a car accident that caused bleeding in the brain and required surgery. She later stayed at KIN – Rehabilitation & Homecare for recovery and physical rehabilitation. She received rehabilitation from a medical team, physical therapists, and occupational therapists for three months. The patient gradually showed improved responses after receiving care and rehabilitation from rehabilitation physicians, nurses, and caregivers, together with swallowing rehabilitation and daily living skills training provided by occupational therapists. She recovered rapidly, became significantly more responsive, was able to walk more confidently, and eventually returned to her normal daily life.
