On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, we would like to share a love story from the KIN family. They can truly be described as an inspiring couple.
♥ The Beginning of Their Love Story ♥
Husband: We met in southern Thailand while attending a merit-making ceremony, although we traveled in different vehicles. I noticed her first. She was beautiful and had a lovely figure.
Wife: The first time we met, my father was driving a public bus. He rented the vehicle driven by my father, and everyone invited one another to attend a Kathin ceremony. It was around Chinese New Year, and my friend invited me to travel. We met on the coach, and I sat beside him. The bus traveled throughout the night, and he rested his head on my lap. After that, he came to see me at my home every day. At the time, I did not know that he already had a family and two children, although there were problems in that relationship. His father’s older sister tried to prevent us from seeing each other, but she was unsuccessful. My family also had difficulties. Later, he asked me to run away with him, so we left together. I also helped care for his children. Later, we had children together as well. All the children grew up together and loved one another. I opened a restaurant near Ramkhamhaeng, and we worked together until we were able to overcome our debts.

When Her Husband Became Ill
Wife: We discussed the situation with all the children and considered what we should do. We decided to establish a shared family fund, with everyone contributing money to help their father. The children wanted to support him because he had already provided so much for them. He had bought a vehicle for each of them and asked them to take responsibility for the remaining installments themselves. Do we have a lot of money? No, we do not. But we have a great deal of love for one another.

Speaking About Their Life Partner
Husband: I am very happy to have her as my life partner. She has taken care of everything. We have been together for approximately 40–45 years. I respect her deeply. Talking about her makes me feel like crying. She is a good person—strong, courageous, and dependable. She has always helped with the work and spoken kindly throughout all these 45 years. That is a very long time.
Wife: (Smiling) I want him to recover. Seeing him gradually improve like this makes me very happy.
