Back discomfort after prolonged sitting, working, or resting in one position
This video presents five gentle movements that may help some people manage temporary back stiffness or discomfort. These exercises do not prevent or treat every cause of back pain. Move only within a comfortable range and stop if symptoms worsen, spread into a leg, or are accompanied by numbness, weakness, dizziness, or new bladder or bowel problems.

Please share your experience after trying the movements safely.
Safety: Back pain has many possible causes. Keep movements gentle and gradual. Seek urgent medical assessment for new bladder or bowel changes, numbness around the groin or buttocks, progressive leg weakness, chest pain, fever, or severe pain after significant trauma.
