As a daughter, she decided to bring her mother to receive care at #KIN
for recovery following chemotherapy and to rebuild muscle strength
and improve balance. She stayed for two months. Upon admission, she was weak and had poor balance.
She is now able to walk with a cane or with assistance and continues to receive physical therapy.
Q: May I begin with the first question?
“Why did you choose KIN to care for your mother?”
A: My younger sister initially considered the location because it is close to our home. She then searched for more information on the website. After viewing the website, we felt that KIN met our needs in terms of its convenient location, the atmosphere shown in the photographs, and the specialists available to care for our mother. We visited the center the following day and found that “everything met the needs of our family,” so we decided to proceed.
Q: How did you feel on the first day you arrived at KIN?
A: On the first day that we came to receive services at KIN, I was impressed because the staff welcomed us and took care of my mother until she was comfortably settled in her room.
Q: Do you think KIN is suitable for your mother’s stay?
A: Yes, it is suitable and well equipped. I would also like to offer an additional suggestion regarding the garden. The existing garden is already pleasant, but I would like it to be more spacious so that elderly residents can exercise, walk while pushing their wheelchairs, and spend some time in the sunlight. Overall, the center meets most of our needs for my mother’s care. The staff members who helped care for her, including Games, Yiam, Tiw, and Iang, provided excellent service. “Overall, everything was very good.”
Q: Thank you. After staying here for two months, may I ask the primary service recipient how she feels now?
A (Mother): I like it here.
Q: Would you recommend KIN to others in the future?
A (Daughter): “Definitely.” As I mentioned earlier, everything fits together very well overall.
