An Interview with Ms. Joy, a Family Member of a Patient Receiving Stroke Rehabilitation with Us
Q: What symptoms or underlying conditions did your mother have before staying here?
A: My mother had a stroke caused by bleeding in the brain. She was treated in hospital for approximately two weeks and underwent surgery. After the surgery, her doctor recommended that we find a place for her recovery and rehabilitation, so we chose KIN ORIGIN.
Q: Why did you decide to choose KIN ORIGIN?
A: Based on the information we found, KIN ORIGIN specializes in caring for stroke patients. It also offers one of the most comprehensive rehabilitation programs, supported by both physicians and nurses.
Q: How did you feel while your mother was staying here?
A: I initially felt worried, but I gradually became much more reassured. My mother's condition continued to improve, and the nurses regularly updated me about her progress. Even though I could not stay with her all the time, the team consistently kept me informed about her condition.
Q: Out of 10, how would you rate KIN ORIGIN, and what impressed you most that you would like to share with others?
A: I would give KIN ORIGIN 10 out of 10. I was impressed from the moment we arrived because the physical therapy team, physicians and nurses provided us with clear information and guidance from the very beginning.
Q: What would you like to say to people who are currently choosing or deciding on a rehabilitation facility?
A: I would recommend this facility because it is a rehabilitation hospital. It is suitable for people who have experienced a stroke or undergone surgery because the team is highly experienced in rehabilitation.
Q: After deciding to stay here, do you feel that the services you received were worthwhile?
A: Yes, I feel that the services were worthwhile. My mother stayed here for approximately two months, and her condition improved significantly. She is now very close to being able to return to her normal daily life at 100%.
Thank you for choosing KIN. We are truly delighted and grateful for the opportunity to care for you.
